ACADEMICS

Florence Christian School provides an excellent college preparatory program that is Biblically based. FCS is accredited through the South Carolina Independent School Associtation.

On average, students from FCS score in the top 30th percentile on standardized testing, and attend many of the colleges and universities in our geographic region.

Students in grades 11-12 have the opportunity to enroll in dual credit courses in mathematics. These classes include College Algebra, College Trigonometry, Calculus I, and Introduction to Statistics. Seniors may enroll in dual credit courses in English. These classes are Composition and Literature & Composition. Students who qualify and take these classes can earn up to 19 hours of college credit.
