For the first time in a long time, our girls made two significant steps in the right direction laying a foundation for a winning program.  One, they won two region games putting them in the conference tournament at the Sumter Exhibition Center.  Two, they made it to the State Tournament.  This is the start of many appearances to come for the Lady Eagles as they are more determined than ever to do what it takes to keep improving and moving forward.  As their coach, I saw a lot of effort, hard work, teamwork, hustle, and improvement from our young ladies.  I am so proud of our Varsity Girls Basketball Team and can't wait to see what the future holds.
